Job Description:

We are hiring for your skills to document HR standard operating procedures and business workflows by patnering with operational leadership to ensure consistent and effective service delivery across all units in HR services. Responsible to lead and coordinate regular discussions with HR stakeholders to keep exisitng processes documentation up-to-date.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Map existing business activities with available procedure documentation and perform gap analysis
  • Acts as supportive resource of knowledge base for all SOP’s (under HR Services)
  • Notify all relevant stakeholders when changes are made to SOP
  • Utilize internal platforms to host SOP’s to keep track of the procedures, and develop a centralized respository that can be accessed by all HR staff
  • Creation and maintain all standard operating procedures and business rules to support business operations
  • Implement actions to ensure all procedural documentation for key business activities are available
  • Keep track of change in policies, internal approvals and ensure timely updates to the SOP’s
  • Review, suggest, revise, re-write SOPs so that they are clearly understood by all stakeholders
  • Gather and analyse key business activities across operational areas
  • Standardize the format of SOP’s across all areas under HR services

Job Requirements:

  • High level experience in MS Viso, or any Business process Management suites/ softwares
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of business system development
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
  • Working experience in writing SOP’s, processes, procedure manuals for complex organizations
  • Working knowledge of Share point
