Job Description:
The Technical Trainer coordinates and teaches operational and technical management courses to Publix associates and managers at all levels including retail, distribution, manufacturing and corporate associates. This includes planning and coordinating all aspects of a training course, and preparing personalized content and teacher notes for each course. The Technical Trainer reports to the Manager of Training Delivery.
Job Requirements:
- conducting a physical inventory and maintaining training materials and equipment each quarter
- facilitating non-training HR meetings and sessions, including administering and proctoring test sessions
