Job Description:

• Implement and deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brand, to enhance the customer experience and to maximise sales through visual techniques.
• To be an ambassador for Visual Merchandising within store.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable to deliver excellence in our windows
• Implement campaigns in a timely and effective manner as instructed by company guidelines and in line with instructions from VM Manager / Store Manager
• Work with store management teams to implement floor moves
• Communicate information on trends, key lines and visual principles
• Managing the POS
• Keeping the team up to date with current and upcoming VM activity
• Manage upwards effectively whilst maintaining relationships and discretion at all levels

Job Requirements:

• Previous VM and Retail experience
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Qualified to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Mathematics / English / Art / Fashion
• Genuine Love of the Primark brand
• Loves fashion and awareness of latest trends
• Customer focused
• Ability to build relationships at different levels
• Creative and Inspirational
• Sales driven
• Self-motivated
