As a shoot coordinator, you will be handling photographic and film production, and you should take pride in executing seamless work under pressure while having fun.

Job Responsibilities:

• Budget management
• Manage the admin related to each shoot
• Participate and attend relevant production and planning meetings
• Preproduction of shoots by working with relevant teams
• Ensure that the necessary elements for the shoot have been arranged and deal with any unexpected situations or aspects
• Model sourcing and booking in collaboration with the Brand team
• Build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work under stress and a fast-paced environment
• Have tenacity and resourcefulness
• Attention to detail
• Able to balance numerous jobs at once
• Work proactively and collaboratively with others
• 1 – 2 years of project management experience
• Marketing/Project Management Degree
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to build positive working relationships
