Job Description:

To manage Lenmed’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, telephony and system hardware and software (except applications).

Job Responsibilities:

• Key focus is on enhancing, optimising and/or customising existing models, processes, and systems to improve efficiencies
• Creates and executes development plans across multiple projects and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Oversee vendor compliance and performance and take remedial action where necessary
• Ensure costs for services provided by external vendors are appropriate and in line with SLAs
• Analyse risk and audit findings and ensure these are included in updates to policies and procedures
• Drive adherence to BT governance and policy frameworks, including cybersecurity
• Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve services
• Oversee the development and updating of processes and procedures to ensure business compliance with regulations, frameworks, standards, methods, and tools
• Ensure process design meets BT’s strategic needs
• Continually look for ways to curtail costs whilst ensuring delivery
• Work with 3rd parties to manage system deployments and integrations and ensure the various sub-systems and components align effectively
• Knowledge and insight of Lenmed’s strategic priorities (3 – 5 year focus)
• Budget planning cycles
• Monthly reporting requirements
• Knowledge of procurement and tender processes
• Relevant risk and compliance knowledge
• Fixes problems by analyzing why they occurred and developing criteria to identify and drive a best-fit solution
• Manage multiple cloud based, hosted systems
• Serve as the technical lead or project manager for system implementation projects
• Strong internal and external network including key stakeholders, business influencers and third-party suppliers
• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration

Job Requirements:

• CISCO networking certification
• Security certifications
• MCSE certifications
• 7+ years’ technical infrastructure experience with exposure to SAP in a private healthcare environment
• Excellent knowledge of information technology general controls, data and cyber security, computer hardware/software systems
• Experience in both Cybersecurity and Disaster Recovery
