Job Description:

FSI team in Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance, KPMG China (“IARCS”) provide a broad of advisory services for financial clients to better identify, measure and control their risks. The services ranges include operational risk management and internal control, internal audit, compliance advisory, loan process re-engineering, risk governance and ERM planning advisory etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help clients to design risk governance framework, improve client’s internal controls, compliance, and operational risk management policies and processes, ensure deliverables and services in compliance with KPMG’s policies and quality/performance standards
•  Well communicate with clients and be able to identify new business opportunities as risen
• Contribute to business development work in terms of proposal preparation, sharing industry practice and knowledge, and assist bidding for global / regional opportunities if in need
• Lead the team to carry out operational risk management, compliance, internal control or internal audit related engagements
• Develop proposals, manage engagements in general and lead the on-field work to meet client’s demand within budgeted time and costs
