Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee development of activities and initiatives to generate leads by networking the local area and maximising the opportunities for sales.
  • Membership Forms & Contracts with accurate Joining Fee Charges and Monthly dues
  • Ensure that each member of the club has signed a copy of the terms and conditions, disclaimer and physical readiness questionnaire before using the facility
  • Daily usage monitoring
  • Maintenance issues tracking and completed
  • To assist coordination of marketing plans to drive new memberships and retain existing members
  • Counter check the freelance and colleague commission claim papers and send them to Finance for payment
  • Ensure that each new member of the club is put through the New Member Journey and that all club staff follows through on their responsibilities to provide on-going support.
  • Manage the Lifestyle Manager to drive monthly/yearly Membership Sales – Individual & Team Performance to Budget
  • Manage the Fitness manager to drive personal training revenue and customer service

Job Requirements:

  • Management of a large, multi- cultural team
  • Experience working in the Health and Fitness industry and commercial environment
  • Minimum 5 years at Management level in the Health and Fitness field.
  • High level of written and verbal business English
