We are currently recruiting for a Reservation Agent to join the Reservations Team, offering a highly specialised personalised service to our residents and guests.
As a Reservations Agent you are the first point of call and youwill naturally provide a wow factor first impression to all our callers. You will be responsible for ensuring you are the main contact offering a personalised seamless service from the initial enquiry until the point of the guest arriving.
This position has responsibility for managing bookings for all apartments and following procedures to maximise revenue. You will also be responsible for answering and directing incoming telephone calls. The Reservations Agent must demonstrate high energy levels and focus on providing consistently high levels of customer service, whilst working closely with the operational colleagues.
- To be considered for this role you must have experience of working as a Reservations Agent within a 4 or 5 Star hotel or apartments and have knowledge of the Opera Booking System.
