Job Description: As an experienced UX/UI designer you will join the eCommerce team within the Digital Experience Chapter, working within our team of eCommerce focused UI/UX designers, your day-to-day activities will include creating exciting user journeys, flows, sketches, wireframes and prototypes, and liaising with our research department to validate proposed solutions with users. Job Requirements: You will need to be an excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints when designing to produce a balance between feasible, viable and desirable experiences. You will need to act as a leader in building relationships with stakeholders from various disciplines and influencing others, as we well as providing mentorship to the junior members within the wider team. You will need to be passionate about developing strategies derived from insight, with the mastery of your craft to turn these into products (both interactions and visuals) adhering to user-centred design principles. You will need to be constantly be looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback. Whether through hands-on user research, or by designing options for multi-variant testing. You will need to be confident in liaising with our technology colleagues to get the most out of our capabilities to deliver effective experiences. You will be creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative, and Agile environment.
