Job Description:

Christ Church Preparatory School and College is an independent school in Midrand. We have a Christian ethos and core values and our aim is to develop young men and women of Christian character within an institution of academic and extra-mural excellence. The school ranges from Grade 000 to Grade 12.

Job Requirements:

• Be computer literate and have excellent administrative skills
• Ensure that assessments are done during the year and check all report comments
• Possess strong leadership, management and organisational skills
• Have excellent English communication as well as inter-personal skills with parents, staff and pupils
• Be enthusiastic, assertive and flexible
• Help maintain a safe, clean, healthy and inviting environment
• Be fully qualified with the appropriate teaching qualification (degree/diploma)
• Have at least 4 years pre-school teaching experience
• Be willing to work as part of a team
• Delegate to teachers and assistants
• Enforce and communicate policies and procedures with the staff
• Have sound knowledge of current pre-school needs and trends
