Job Description:

Attached to the Supply Chain Executive Fragrance & Beauty, you will coordinate all supply chain activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check the orders versus stock and average monthly sales
• Responsible for sending the campaigns orders to the LM to get their orders quantities then enter them in the system and make sure to ship them quite in advance on time before the launching dates
• Consolidate and upload sales received from the local markets into a business intelligence platform
• Follow up on timely delivery of shipments
• Reply to all clients’ queries regarding shipments and orders
• Prepare a summary of the value of the campaign orders
• Maintain the chain of orders
• Enter orders into system
• Investigate and follow up on shipment discrepancies

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and execute
• Team player and able to collaborate with multiple supervisors
• Excellent follow-up skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• First experience – internship as a similar role/ mission
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint is a plus
