Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Serving as an adviser on records issues and making recommendations on change in policy and procedures
- Conducting extensive legal research into precedent cases, decisions and opinions on the propriety of releasing information relating to the application and petition for benefits and entitlements under the Immigration and Nationality Act
- Analyzing the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of administrative programs

Job Requirements:
- You must pass a drug screening
- Political appointees may require OPM approval before on-boarding
- You must submit resume and supporting documentation
- Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with the Selective Service
