Job Description
- Ensure that quality requirements/considerations are managed for value improvement changes
- Support deploying of Henkel’s quality strategy, governance, and goals through specific quality projects and targets
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data as well as make recommendations
- Ensure quality/hygiene control plans are established for production site changes or production capacity increases
- Resolve consumer/customer product and package complaints and on-shelf quality checks issues
- Determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance to product technology GMP requirements
Job Requirements
- A highly self-motivated person with good organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality field, preferably in a multinational and/or FMCG sector
- Fluent English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or any relevant study
- SAP knowledge is a plus
