Henkel Careers – Quality Engineer

Job Description

• Ensure that quality requirements/considerations are managed for value improvement changes
• Support deploying of Henkel’s quality strategy, governance, and goals through specific quality projects and targets
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data as well as make recommendations
• Ensure quality/hygiene control plans are established for production site changes or production capacity increases
• Resolve consumer/customer product and package complaints and on-shelf quality checks issues
• Determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance to product technology GMP requirements

Job Requirements

• A highly self-motivated person with good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality field, preferably in a multinational and/or FMCG sector
• Fluent English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or any relevant study
• SAP knowledge is a plus
