Job Description:

The job holder is responsible to provide an engaging customer service experience to all At the Top-Burj Dubai customers and promote Dubai as visitor destination while ensuring the customer experience exceeds expectations in every way- every time.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Tourism and Travel Certificate or similar industry experience (advantage).
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Customer service experience within Retail/Sales and/or Hospitality industry
  • 2 year’s experience in customer care or any other customer facing position, to include cash handling
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
