Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cellar hygiene and safety
- Management of subordinates and their daily tasks
- Responsible for the management of stocks on SAP
- Daily supervision of the fermentation process
- Assist with compiling and managing of budget on SAP
- Responsible for compliance with the ISO9001 and HACCP systems
- Assisting the Fermentation Manager
- Participate in tastings and evaluation of products
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in a cellar environment
- Must have good organisational, coordination and planning skills
- Good communication skills
- People management skills
- Knowledge of the SAP system would be advantageous
- Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
- BSc degree (Food Science) or related tertiary qualification
- Comprehensive microbiological knowledge
