Job Description: Support the Compliance Manager in the timely and ongoing monitoring review, review of new products/ funds and Collate key required information for reporting purposes and ensure timely and accurate submission. Provide back-up support to staff on leave. Provide support during audits and ad hoc projects. Job Responsibilities: Support the manager in reviewing new products identified by CIO office from a Compliance perspective before being submitted to the Wealth Management Investment Committee. Support the Manager and Head of Compliance to review the Compliance Monitoring Framework and identifying further monitoring needs and improvements existing monitoring plan / process. Additionally, to ensure the Compliance Monitoring Framework remains robust. Preparing reports for relevant Senior Management to consider based on findings identified with regard to monitoring activity detailed above. Ensuring issues are followed through to acceptable conclusion for remediation / regularization. Support the manager in conducting scheduled reviews of WM investment activity in line with Regulatory requirements and internal Policies and Procedures.
