Job Description:
The Assistant Manager – Cabin Crew Engagement and Events is accountable for working with the Strategic Engagement & Employee Relations Manager to develop and execute crew engagement strategies, programmes and events to drive engagement across the crew community. The key focus will involve keeping crew community engaged and connected to the airline The jobholder will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of various crew engagement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilise and develop all appropriate media/channels to effectively engage and connect crew community with the company
- Manage cabin crew secondee(s) on the day-to-day support on crew engagement programmes and activities
- Utilise and develop all appropriate media/channels to effectively engage and connect crew community with the company
- Plan and organise opportunities for cabin crew’s exposure to build pride and engagemen
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English and Chinese), proven ability to translate between Chinese and English
- Social media savvy and in touch with latest technology trends
- University degree in Communications or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the related field (Cabin crew experience an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure with strong communication and interpersonal skills
