Job Responsibilities:
- To coordinate the implementation of IT equipment for new branches, conversions and projects.
Job Requirements:
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Analytical Skills
- Basic understanding of professional services and managed services
- Communications Skills
- At least 2 – 3 years’ related experience in coordinating projects / tasks
- Proven experience in the coordination of external service providers
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
- Project Management Skills (Methodolgy Specific)
- Certification in ITIL
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Negotiation skills
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- A relevant qualification in Project Management
- Understanding and knowledge of IT equipment and hardware systems
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and concepts
