Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate the implementation of IT equipment for new branches, conversions and projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Analytical Skills
  • Basic understanding of professional services and managed services
  • Communications Skills
  • At least 2 – 3 years’ related experience in coordinating projects / tasks
  • Proven experience in the coordination of external service providers
  • Planning, organising and coordination skills
  • Project Management Skills (Methodolgy Specific)
  • Certification in ITIL
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • A relevant qualification in Project Management
  • Understanding and knowledge of IT equipment and hardware systems
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and concepts
