Job Description:

We are seeking a professional like you to join our team and focus on leading the implementation of Vertical Integration application (also known as MOM or MES).

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive adoption of VI and other digital solutions in BASF North America based on your knowledge of Vertical Integration packages, IT, OT networking challenges, interfacing technologies and their applications, along with SAP experience and related interfaces.
• Combine your experience in Manufacturing systems and Change Management with Requirements Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage technical and organizational interfaces which will set you up for success with complex implementation projects.
• Technology scouting will be a fun part of your role. This role coincides with your in-depth understanding of the technology and business needs in the region and globally.
• Able to maintain a positive attitude under all work conditions.
• Perform in a team atmosphere and provide timely support to end user community.
• Able to deal with demanding situations across multiple business streams with users and all levels of management.
• Grow and develop the VI practice in Technical Expertise and act upon value adding opportunities for collaboration within and across regions.
• Leverage your Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field like computer science, information systems or industrial automation systems as well as your training in project management.
• You will lead and develop VI implementations in North America.
