Job Responsibilities:

  • Generating insight that gives a well-rounded view of sales drivers with analysis on retail product and stock , marketing channels and promotions, customer metrics and market intelligence to support business ’ understanding of short and mid-term performance
  • Work ing with senior stakeholders in Commercial Merchandising to understand sales drivers at division and category level, and identifying relevant levers at hand to ensure we meet financial targets
  • Work ing with Lead Analyst and Global Planning to drive a view of opportunity within stock planning and management across our global warehouses and how this affects short-term performance
  • Working with Digital Commerce and Digital Experience to generate insights that seek to educate the business on the impact that onsite customer behaviours and visual merchandising actions can have on trading KPI’s
  • Work ing with the Senior Manager and Trading senior leadership to develop and prioritise a roadmap of relevant, strategic insight
  • Producing and delivering concise, action-focused insight presentations that have a clear narrative
  • Managing , coaching, and developing a team of analysts of varying skillset

Job Requirements:

  • Passion for problem solving
  • Proactive approach and enthusiasm for sharing ideas and driving them forward
  • Able to communicate information clearly and concisely
  • Good project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities as needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance)
  • Advanced SQL skills
