Job Description:

reviewing and analyzing bills of lading with identified receiving discrepancies (over, short, damage, refusals and/or wrong goods) for claim liability and making sound business decisions to mitigate or prevent loss

Job Requirements:

• reviewing and approving less-than-truckload freight invoices
• effectively working with internal/external customers and suppliers to ensure accurate payment for transportation services and
• providing appropriate documentation to support financial recovery when appropriate.
• reviewing and analyzing bills of lading with identified receiving discrepancies (over, short, damage, refusals and/or wrong goods) for claim liability and making sound business decisions to mitigate or prevent loss
• for reviewing and reconciling transportation exception invoices for invoices not paid through our auto pay system to ensure payment accuracy
• reviewing and approving less-than-truckload freight invoices
• effectively working with internal/external customers and suppliers to ensure accurate payment for transportation services and
• providing appropriate documentation to support financial recovery when appropriate.
