  • Telephony monitoring skills
  • Monitoring of Systems
  • MS Office (Advanced Excel)
  • SQL
  • Knowedge and understanding of Call Centre systems
  • MS Office
  • Record keeping skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • 1 year working experience in Call Centre on Predictive diallers, Call Logging and Telephony systems
  • Grade 12
