To manage and administer the dialler and telephony systems within the call centre to optimize call campaigns and Agent productivity

- Telephony monitoring skills
- Monitoring of Systems
- MS Office (Advanced Excel)
- SQL
- Knowedge and understanding of Call Centre systems
- MS Office
- Record keeping skills
Qualification & Experience:
- 1 year working experience in Call Centre on Predictive diallers, Call Logging and Telephony systems
- Grade 12
