Job Responsibilities:

  • International reward research and implementation.
  • Input, review and implementation of Compensation and Benefits policy for the AECI International operations in line with the AECI Group Reward Strategy.
  • Monitoring compensation and benefit developments and market trends, including developing best practices, in the markets the AECI Group operates in.
  • Manage and support annual reward processes.
  • Selection, participation & interpretation of reward surveys in International markets the Group operates in.
  • Understanding, implementing and driving compliance to the AECI International Assignments governance framework.
  • Preparation of International Assignment agreements and compensation packages.
  • Managing the third party relationships regarding application for work permits, relocation and housing for assignees, international medical cover, etc.
  • Provide Job level support to international operations.
  • Building general level of understanding of compensation and benefit policies across international operations.
  • Partnering with Human Capital Managers to ensure the alignment to and implementation of various compensation and benefits interventions.
  • Making decisions to implement International Compensation and Benefits policies, procedures, interventions and plans. These decisions involve determining the best use of available resources to achieve agreed targets and establishing rules and process.
  • Accountable for Employee Wellness across the Group

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities
  • SARA accreditation
  • Minimum of 6-8 years remuneration management experience
  • At least 5 years International Compensation and Benefit experience in methodologies, processes, procedures and toolkits
  • At least 5 years International Assignment management and implementation of methodologies, processes, procedures and toolkits
  • Experience working with HC Systems, SAP
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
