Job Description:

The People/Internal Communications Manager is responsible for driving the over-all conceptualization, management and delivery of Accenture internal marketing and communications initiatives focused on a specific Accenture Business or geography, in alignment with the overall marketing strategy. He/she is accountable for quality deliverables, management and outcome/ metrics reporting and insights analysis. He/she is expected to lead dedicated marketing team within an Accenture business entity, or work on discrete programs across all dimensions of the business.
