Job Requirements:
- Completed degree with a focus on HR or a similar background with initial work experience in human resources
- Very good knowledge of project management
- Communication and presentation security in German and English

- You will be involved in process design and process harmonization
- You will help identify problem areas and eliminate them as quickly as possible
- You drive process standardizations and improvements to significantly increase quality and efficiency
