Job Description:
Provides financial services to meet client specific needs to promote, market and sell Financial Solutions in accordance with relevant legislation, to meet sales targets and achieve strategic business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs through queue management and customer engagement
- Actively migrate customers to digital channels
- Achieve branch objectives for sustainable growth by driving:
- Digital migration and adoption
- Branch Optimization
- Account Activation
- Walk – ins (queue management)
- Lead Management
- NTB Acquisition
Job Requirements:
- Completed Higher Certificate in Banking / Accounting / Sales / Marketing or equivalent NQF level 5 FAIS accredited qualification
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a frontline banking role
- Completion of Sales and Service Fundamentals workshop will be an added advantage.
- Completed Sales Proficiency Assessment
- 1 year Sales experience will be an added advantage
