Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide Business Bank clients with excellent end to end Internet Banking experience by providing technical telephonic support ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to and processing internet banking administration.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a financial or banking environment
  • Basic technical/systems knowledge and experience
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • 2 yrs work experience in a client focussed or call centre type environment
  • Dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Communications Skills
  • Problem solving skills
