Job Requirements:

• Support and conduct application testing.
• Experience as IT Project Manager at a national and international level.
• Ability to update application documents regularly and apply necessary changes.
• You will actively participate in the support and maintenance of LIMS applications for our R&D partners and solution landscape.
• Have a curiosity to learn and improve to foster a positive and energized culture
• Leverage your knowledge of working in regulated environments and your experience in the support and Implementation of IT systems in the
• Laboratory Data Management Systems (LIMS).
• Experience different laboratory processes such as in the area of quality control, method development and other analytical services.
• Ability to relay technical information to non-technical users
• You will provide support diagnosis and fixes – via telephone and on-line
• You will implement and configure LIMS systems towards business requirements
• Set up customer environments that are rolling out of new applications build’s.
• You will provide remote access to LIMS systems as required, as well as product training classes.
• In accordance with your excellent problem-solving skills, you will need the ability to document the issues and keep Knowledgebase updated as well.
